Gold, silver, specie, bullion or other valuables, including those named or described in Sec. 4281 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, will not be received by the Carrier unless their true character and value are disclosed to the Carrier and a special written agreement therefore has been made in advance, and will not, in any case, be loaded or landed by the Carrier.
