House Budget Committee ranking member Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) laid out a budget plan Wednesday that includes in its revenue assumptions the elimination of subsidies for major integrated oil companies, including Exxon, Chevron, Shell and others.It also supports incentives around renewable energy, carbon capture and other technologies.
