Low melt toners may be prepared either by a conventional toner manufacturing approach based on pulverizing a resin that has been melt blended with pigments, charge control agents and other additives, or by an in situ toner process in which the final toner particles containing all necessary pigments, charge control agents and other additives are prepared directly in a chemical reactor.
