49-15-95. (1) It is lawful to use brill and cast nets of twelve (12) feet or less in length for the noncommercial catching of shrimp south of Interstate 10 in the rivers, bayous, bays, streams, lakes, inlets and other waters tributary to the Bay St. Louis, the Bay of Biloxi/Back Bay, the Red and Black Creeks and any other water areas emptying into or connecting with the Gulf of Mexico.
