A little Terriyaki Sauce, a little Mirin (rice wine based rice additive, used in Sushis and many cuisines in Japanese cooking), a bit of Furikake (shredded nori seaweed and sesame seeds) in the rice, mix it up, shape it into a rectangular cube of rice, top it with Spam saut??ed in Terriyaki, garlic or other sauces, and wrap it all up in Seaweed.
