Although, site/habitat type was not a significant factor in insect assemblage within this study, flower density was, suggesting that varied botanical structure and the presence of certain flowering plants such as Centaurea nigra (common knapweed) and Heracleum sphondylium (common hogweed) are more important than the number of different types of habitats specifically.
