The new law will come into force one year later.I am mentioning this, because this law usually is applied when it comes to international family affairs of which the custody, divorce etc are involved.I do not know Forumosan member pgdaddy's story and didn't knwo how he got divorced, but his case is an old one, so no application for the new law.
