"What I would do is, make meatballs with gluten-free crumbs (our gluten-free bakery has these, or you can make from gluten-free bread) and make a sauce such as with beef bouillon, sauteed onions and mushrooms, italian seasoning and garlic and a gluten-free thickener such as cornstarch or mashed potato flakes, and have these for all three special diet people." . . . .
