  • As someone said in reply to the comment, it is just a case of cost-cutting as much as possible until they lose too many customers, nothing to do with 'improving it for everyone'.I am also on 60Mbps and it is acceptable most of the time, but as I have said elsewhere, it occasionally completely fails, sometimes taking everything including BB/Phone/TV for a day or so.
