  • @Don: I suppose also that most athletes training outside their own country would be training in large, rich countries such as the US, France or the UK. Re-assigning them to the training country might harm the MPC or per $ GDP ranking of the smaller country (although I take your point that Jamaica???s standing looks safe), but the large rich countries are so far down these rankings, that I don???t
