I basically ran out of steam in the last km so missed out on cracking 75- but next year I am up for it!I should be in much better shape this yr for the 1/2 marathon in another month, still hoping sub-2hrs, we will see how that one goes...unenlightened, how much of the posture/form and that sort of thing is essential to the super-long runs, is it an efficiency sort of thing, or what effect does it oth
