| - I started slow with my exercise, I used to go all out doing all kinds of exercise, then burn out, didn't want to do that this time so I got a pedometer, and did a week of just tracking my daily steps, sure didn't get many that first week so I started, with a 10 minute walk out my door (helped that it was spring time), 5 minutes out the door, turn around a come home, no excuse was valid, its only 1
