Monies held overseas to avoid taxes by US corporations should be visible to auditors and taxed in the year earned whether or not they are brought into the US. Exemptions and credits need to be deleted except for those that directly affect the national interests of the US--the new lower rate (perhaps 20%) will for the most part offset these.
