  • I agree with the previous poster, your router/modem/VoIP device and in my case my multi line phone are on the UPSMost multi line phones with soft line switches do not work in the even of a power outage, only if the line buttons go click will line two ring when they lose power.Also APC is the most widely recognized as the industry leader, not to say they do not fail but it is a more reliable company
