  • Elizabeth is correct that there have not been meetings with the people of Anaheim since the Scoping meetings were conducted in 2007, and those were badly attended due to a misunderstanding from most residents about the nature of HSR. Everyone thought it was the MagLev to Las Vegas, which clearly was not going to be built, and they thought the meetings were a waste of time.
