With certain exceptions, the Bank may not make loans or other extensions of credit to a single borrower, or certain related groups of borrowers, in an aggregate amount in excess of 15% of the Bank's net worth, plus an additional 10% of the Bank's net worth if such amount is secured by certain types of readily marketable collateral.
