  • I have run the tests (and bookmarked them) on my connection but as my problem intermittent even when they DO work I am unsure of whether they apply or not, and of course, my Internet provider insists it cannot POSSIBLY be THEIR equipment, it MUST be my computer, which has now been disproved by my acquisition of a brand-new laptop which these problems still happen on.Problems -I live in rural Northea
