The exterior surface can have a layer including a metal, such as nickel or tin, that is resistant to corrosion, and the interior surface can have a layer including one or more metals, such as copper, tin, zinc and alloys thereof, with a relatively high hydrogen over potential, to minimize hydrogen gas generation.
