Along with the highest rates of cancer, infant mortality, and overall mortality in all of Puerto Rico???s seventy-eight municipalities, its residents are dangerously contaminated with arsenic, cyanide, lead, mercury, antimony, uranium, and other toxins associated with the detonation of ordnance.
