I adapted it from a recipe on ontariomaple.com. 1/2 cup (125 ml) maple syrup2 Tbsp (30 ml) cider vinegar (I used rice wine vinegar)2 Tbsp (30 ml) sherry (I used chicken broth)2 Tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce2 tsp (10 ml) ground ginger2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper1/4 tsp (1 ml) paprika 4 chicken breastsFlour for dredging Combine all ingredients except chicken & flour.
