usually I have left overs from the night before. some other ideas: soup; string cheese & fruit; high fiber bread with this slices of ham & veggie; spinach salad w/hard boiled eggs + other veggies; hummus with pita bread slices + veggies such as cucumber, & tomato When making a sandwich, I take the items and then assemble at work, this way the bread does not get soggy I also keep in the refrig. at w
