| - I have recently made a conscious effort to cut out most/all of the rubbish in my diet - crisps, chips, take-aways, chocolate, cake, sweets, gone from two to one sugar in tea and coffee etc.I eat lots of fruit, however, and mainly things like cereal, rice, lean meats and fresh vegetables.After two days I felt dizzy, sick and tired, and I am putting this down to the lack of sugar.
