Gizmondo was an all-inclusive, one-platform computing mobile device, offering GPS, phone, contacts, gaming and other features similar to standard mobile phones.[4] The device was an early example of augmented reality being ported to more consumer-friendly portable devices.[5] In 2005, Tiger Telematics launched the Gizmondo to much acclaim.
