Since my life has changed a bit, i now work a sit down job and don???t have much time to eat throughout the day, except for breakfast, lunch and dinner. i used to be able to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, but with this job, it???s not possible. how can I keep my metabolism working when I can???t eat throughout the day. i also tend to get the shakes because my blood sugar drops. i drink lots of wate
