However, waking up in the morning to an alarm is the most difficult thing I have to do EVERY DAY. I am usually in bed for 7-8 hours, but I feel like I am only getting about 2 1/2-3 hours of actual REST. So, on one hand, my body responds well to & requires fasting-cardio, so I HAVE to exercise in the mornings (even though I feel exhausted all the time & can not wake up in the morning).
