Thanks for the idea...1 cup Dannon lite and fit vanilla yogurt1/4 almond coconut milk 1/8 cut cooked steel cut oats1 packet of uncooked instant raisin,date and walnut oatmeal1 tablespoon of honey1/4 tsp vanilla extractcinnamon to tasteI do not really measure anything except the yogurt and steel cut oats...everything else I just toss in. adjust the milk depending on the consistancy you like.I leave
