The general method is simply inserting a tube within the lumen of another tube, with their longitudinal axes parallel, and then bonding them together by friction, adhesive means or other means, so that when the tubes reach their equilibrium state at working temperature, the tubes are either in compression or tension, and the compression and tension are maintained by the opposite force of the other
