I loved it I followed the recipe exactly except for the parsley; I marinated 4 salmon steaks all day. (caught on the beautiful Coast of B.C., Canada) its great a bit sweet ( I have a sweet tooth anyway and it saves from having dessert); boiled the marinade as well and poured over the top, yummy!!! a bit of lemon would tone it down (I will use it next time) the salmon are really fresh and abundant
