Muedas was one of 25 winners nationwide of a short essay contest on the impact of C-SPAN's call-in programs, and his was the only winning essay from Tennessee.'We wanted to hear from viewers about why they watch or participate in call-ins on C-SPAN,' said Brian Lamb, CEO of C-SPAN.
