then I do a lot of pre-marinated stuff for the crock pot, like chicken legs and thighs tossed in a ziploc freezer bag with marinade and veggies (usually chopped onions, carrots, and peppers or other veggies that freeze well.) Freeze it just like that in teh bag, then in the morning, cut the bag open, dump the whole thing in the crockpot on low, and by dinnertime the chicken is so tender it is falli
