Hey Purdy,Yes I list a bunch supps but obviously it is FAR far better to obtain from food and natural whole untainted sources if possible:--pastured bone soup stocks (vit K2, progenitor cells, etc)--probiotics (Seth Roberts talks a lot about the benefits)--fermented products (again K2 and other nutrients and happy bacteria to recolonize our guts after toxic antibiotics, grain-damage and to heal 'l
