Hi Maddie welcome, Try this one its great !. 25g (1oz) Butter 25g (1oz) flour 300ml (1/2 pint) chicken stock 300ml (1/2 pint) milk 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped fresh parsley 100g (4oz) mushrooms wiped and finely chopped salt and freshly ground pepper 15ml (1 tbsp) lemon juics 30ml (2 tbsp) fresh cream.Place all the ingredients except lemon juice and fresh cream in a large saucepan.
