Slice meat into thin strips and marinate it in a bowl with 1Tbs. soy auce, 1 tsp. of sesame oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes.Cook rice if you do not have leftovers.Heat a large nonstick pan or wok.Put meat in pan and heat. (1 minute) Remove.Add 1 tbs. of oil and vegetables except watercress, 1tsp. soy sauce cook till tender crisp.
