Local lawmakers say one of their main accomplishments from the legislative session that ended May 5 - along with balancing the state budget while juggling a $1.3 billion biennium deficit - was bringing home more than $221.2 million for roads, highways, bridges, harbors, schools and other improvements to Maui County's aging infrastructure.
