1.add oil to the skillet and heat it on medium heat. 2.when oil is hot,add onions and fry till they are brown. 3.now add pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste. 4.if you want to add ginger garlic paste and other spices add it now.and also add chilli powder. 5.now add the brinjal pieces and fry on medium heat till they are smooth and translucent. 6.finally add the pakodi pieces and fry with the
