I must admit, i love running??? i also have to say that it has me lose weight and keep cholesterol levels in check??? i also have to admit that your ankles, shins, knees, hips and other body parts do hurt after running for ???a while?????? but those aside i still run, not on a treadmill ??? those are for Gerbills indeed ??? but outside, preferably on a hill??? i lost a lot more weight incorporatin
