I missed it so much when i came home, i tried to replicate it, a little hard since i really didnt want to make pate. but i found plain pork sausages and boiled and sliced them. the pickles are the best part though.. carrot and radish julienned, pickled with rice wine vinegar and sugar. the version you got is the more fancy one i expect. but the simple one is so great. sigh.. i want roadside bahn m
