r self- no matter how goosd the food is!! lol!! drink smoothies 2!!!! trust me!!!! they fill u up and they r VERY good 4 u!!! since u dont like fruit maybe ul like smoothies since its a blend! dont add ice cream- add yogurt and ice and juice and any kinds of fruit u like! its actually really quite fun to make smoothies and experiment on different fruits!hope i could help!3
