  • Within Europe, but mostly long-distance to South Africa and the US via LHR. I have always preferred BA to Lufthansa (let alone US carriers), because of their friendlier service (even though Lufthansa serves Bombay Sapphire instead of BA's Beefeater in Economy).That said: I have noticed a considerable deterioration in BA's service in the last two or so years.
