  • Or maybe someone will tell me why Newark, Paterson, Camden and other places have criminalized communities, schools that do not teach (and my brother-in-law taught there so I know what I am talking about) despite billions spent - here in New Jersey the Abbott court decision, which led to billions for new schools, hasn't improved education one bit - why?
