While the term stylet is used to refer to structure 402 as shown in the various figures, this term is not intended to be exclusive, and is meant to include any obturator, trocar or other structure which, in embodiments with an open distal end, at least partially obstructs the distal end of shaft 114, in order to, for example, prevent the passage of tissue into shaft 114.
