  • So unless you decide at the outset that you aren???t interested in patent rights outside the US and you only want to disclose the invention if a patent is granted (and skip the benefits I???ve mentioned for publication), I don???t see much benefit in choosing non-publication, especially if we aren???t talking about a fairly intricate and hard to reverse engineer process or method.
