Adding on to what others have said, you might want to also consider making the healthy snacks easier to graze on: - have celery, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, and other veggies all cut up and in a bowl at the front of the fridge so that they are the first things you see and grab - have some hummus or guacamole or dip made with yogurt right beside them to add some protein to the snack -
