As a matter of regulation, however, the SEC expressly stated that it was not defining ???diversity,??? and acknowledged that some companies may conceptualize diversity broadly to include differences of viewpoint, professional experience, education, skill and other qualities and attributes, while others may look to diversity as race, gender and national origin.
