The Court found that nervous, evasive behavior, including fleeing from law enforcement, is a pertinent factor in determining reasonable suspicion; even though Petitioner???s behavior was in response to a security guard with an authoritative presence, and not a police officer, his behavior in response to the guard???s presence and questioning was relevant to the reasonable suspicion analysis.
