DISCUSSIONVBDS is a rare cause of progressive cholestasis, most commonly described with drugs but also seen with infection, in cancer and cancer therapy, and in liver diseases such as allograft rejection, graft-versus-host disease, primary biliary cirrhosis and primary sclerosing cholangitis.
