The budget allots $184,050 for capital improvements, including $112,000 for security cameras and $10,500 for security blinds and locks.In addition, Cosentino plans to pump $212,291 into new technology, including laptop computers for every teacher and every student in grades 8, 9 and 10.The world is changing, Cosentino said.
