  • I like the way that the book teaches children not to be afraid of creatures such as snails and beetles, it is just a real shame that the author did not adopt the same approach with the spider.I am only going to give this book three out of five stars because of the horrible, hairy pop-up spider as I do not think it is a good idea to scare young children with spiders.
